1. Titanium alloy (TiC) bars embedded in the working part of high-manganese steel impact bars

Impact bars with embedded alloy bars have a lifespan more than 1.5 times longer than impact bars without embedded alloy bars. When the high-manganese material withstands the high impact force of the stone, its surface hardens rapidly and forms a wear-resistant surface layer. The inserted hard alloy bar showed good anti-friction performance, hardness, and toughness.
