In response to customers' desire to improve the production and lifespan of impact bars, our company offers two solutions that have been used by customers and achieved good results.
1. Titanium alloy (TiC) bars embedded in the working part of high-manganese steel impact bars
Impact bars with embedded alloy bars have a lifespan more than 1.5 times longer than impact bars without embedded alloy bars. When the high-manganese material withstands the high impact force of the stone, its surface hardens rapidly and forms a wear-resistant surface layer. The inserted hard alloy bar showed good anti-friction performance, hardness, and toughness. After incorporating the alloy bars inside the high-manganese steel impact bars, their service life can be increased by more than 1.5 times.
