Application areas: Cement grate cooling machine, manufacturing of parts for boilers, steam turbines, power machines, industrial furnaces, aviation, petrochemical, etc. that operate at high temperatures.

Application scenario: After the cement clinker enters the cooler from the kiln, it is spread on the grate plate to form a layer of material of a certain thickness. The blown cold air passes through the layer of material that moves over the grate bed in perpendicular directions to cool the clinker, which can be cooled from 1300-1400°C to below 100°C in a few minutes.

Classification by standardized organization: heat-resistant austenitic steel, heat-resistant martensitic steel, heat-resistant ferritic steel, and heat-resistant pearlite steel.

Features:

1. The heat-resistant steel sheet has good wear resistance and a long service life, being more than ten times greater than that of metal screens, 3 to 5 times greater than that of common rubber plates, and 2 to 3 times greater than that of stainless steel;

2. It absorbs shocks and reduces noise, in addition to having a lower cost than metal screen sheets;

3. The heat-resistant steel sheet has good self-cleaning and, due to its multiple holes, the sieving efficiency is high;

4. It has good resistance to moisture and wear.
