Since most cements face wear problems, such as impact wear and sliding wear, in addition to the absence of original designs, many clients invited us to visit their factories during the exhibition in Hanoi, Vietnam. So, we visited seven cement factories in Vietnam after the exhibition ended.

During the visit to the cement factory, we discovered that some factories use inadequate materials, which reduces the lifespan of the parts. For example, some factories opt for alloy steel hammer to crush the clay. Since clay is soft, its main problem is toughness. Therefore, we recommend the bimetallic hammer to the client and give it the expected lifespan. Finally, the client is truly satisfied with the new material.
