Today, our company is fortunate to have Mr. Li, a renowned industry expert who has worked in the cement industry for decades and has accumulated a wealth of experience, something that is well worth learning from our juniors. After listening to his case presentation today, each of us benefited greatly and gained a lot of new knowledge.

He worked in a cement factory in its early days and was very familiar with cement production. Yesterday, he told us about the cement production process, introduced us to the process, the main machine components used, and their general operating principles. He specifically presented the wear-resistant hammer head and the liner plate on the cement crusher, which are products we usually come into contact with most frequently. Today, I shared with us a typical case I handled at work. Upon receiving the order, we need to understand the client's specific needs, modify the drawings accordingly, and keep these documents recorded. In this process, we must deal with all aspects of the relationship and do our best to meet customer needs. After product delivery, we also need to contact the customer to ask how the machine is being used and maintain contact with them to establish the basis for future cooperation.
