The ceramic metal composite wear-resistant material is a type of casting infiltration technology for evenly distributing cermet particles on the working surface of wear-resistant replacement parts. By optimizing the chemical composition of high-chromium wear-resistant materials, cermets are incorporated into easily worn parts, giving them excellent wear resistance and high-temperature resistance properties.
In the alveolar structure of high-chromium cast iron, since the hardness of the ceramic (particle) is HV2100 and the hardness of high-chromium cast iron is HV 900, the ceramic metal composite is widely used in various wear areas, with a service life 3 to 4 times longer than that of high-chromium cast iron.
