The ceramic metal composite wear-resistant material is a type of casting infiltration technology for evenly distributing cermet particles on the working surface of wear-resistant replacement parts. By optimizing the chemical composition of high-chromium wear-resistant materials, cermets are incorporated into easily worn parts, giving them excellent wear resistance and high-temperature resistance properties.
In the alveolar structure of high-chromium cast iron, since the hardness of the ceramic (particle) is HV2100 and the hardness of high-chromium cast iron is HV 900, the ceramic metal composite is widely used in various wear areas, with a service life 3 to 4 times longer than that of high-chromium cast iron. Thus, the service life of wear-resistant replacement parts is extended, maintenance times and downtime are reduced, and production efficiency is improved. The main application products are grinding rolls, grinding tables, impact bars, hammer blocks, crusher hammers and cone crusher parts.
