A client from a cement factory in Thailand visited our company. There were four in total. Our leaders received them ceremoniously. Before they came, they told us about the difficulties the company was facing. We discussed their difficulties and developed solutions.
The grinding roller liners at their cement factory have been frequently replaced in recent years. They had considered repairing them before, but the cycle was somewhat long and caused a reduction in production capacity. They needed to stop for maintenance every year. They hoped we could send professional technicians to the factory for technical guidance and that we could manufacture more wear-resistant roller liners to help them increase production capacity.
Based on working conditions and our technical expertise, our technology team has developed a new surfacing roller, whose base is made of high-strength alloy steel and column nails. The presence of column nails increases the number of contact points between the roller surface and the material. When the material interacts with the roller, the column nails share the friction and pressure originally concentrated on the roller surface. The structural shape of the column nail allows it to produce a certain elastic deformation when impacted by the material. This elastic deformation can absorb some of the impact energy and reduce damage to the roller base caused by the impact. Especially when handling large pieces of material or unstable material flow, the surfacing roller with column nails can effectively prevent the roller surface from being damaged by cracking or peeling due to the high instantaneous impact force, thus extending the overall service life of the roller. Weld tungsten carbide wire with high hardness, high wear resistance, and adequate toughness to the substrate surface. Compared with the traditional coating roller structure, the stu +coating roller can reduce the frequency of roller replacement and production costs.
