Quality Test Report

Quality is the most vital part of our production. A 1% error on our part will result in 100% disaster for our customers. We seize every opportunity to improve our quality.

We conduct quality inspections of products for each production process and prepare a quality inspection report.

After production, we conduct various tests on our products to ensure they are far better than "acceptable".

Quality Test Content:

● Chemical Component Analysis (raw material/accessory analysis, casting process analysis, finished product material testing)

● Mechanical Property Testing.

● Metallographic Structure Analysis of the Product.

● Product Defect Inspection (magnetic powder inspection, penetrant testing, ultrasonic testing, X-ray flaw detection)

● Based on the report analysis, we make suggestions to our factory to improve our production process. We can provide failure analyses and give effective suggestions to customers. We can also provide reliable third-party reports.

Component Analysis Report

We guarantee that the components of our products perfectly meet the needs of our customers.

● We use spectroanalysis instruments and perform two tests before and after casting.

● For each test, we perform 5 to 6 tests repeatedly to obtain the most accurate result.

● All castings have their own sample and report, which are kept for at least 3 years.

● If you need such a report, we will certainly send it to you immediately.
