Introduction of high-chromium ceramic bar material

Wear-resistant ceramic metal composite material is a type of casting infiltration technology to evenly distribute cermet particles on the working surface of wear-resistant spare parts. By optimizing the chemical composition of high-chromium wear-resistant materials, cermets are incorporated into easily worn parts, giving them excellent wear resistance and high-temperature resistance properties.

In the honeycomb structure of high-chromium cast iron, since the hardness of the ceramic (particle) is HV2100 and the hardness of the high-chromium cast iron is HV900, the ceramic-metal composite is widely used in various wear areas, with a service life 3 to 4 times longer than that of simple high-chromium cast iron. Thus, the service life of wear-resistant replacement parts is extended, maintenance times and downtime are reduced, and production efficiency is improved.

Introduction of the impact plate (impact bar) of the ceramic-metal composite impact crusher

Although high-chromium wear-resistant cast iron has high wear resistance, it needs more wear-resistant materials to extend its service life when crushing very hard materials high, like granite. In this case, ceramic composite products with a high chromium content are an excellent solution. Therefore, considering that conventional materials are not wear-resistant, we (Zhili) are committed to selecting cast iron ceramic composite materials with a high chromium content. The wear resistance of the composite layer is 3 to 4 times greater than that of the high-chromium material.

In the process of using ceramic products, such as high-chromium ceramic cast iron, which has excellent wear resistance, unmatched by other wear-resistant materials, it significantly reduces the user's material consumption and labor costs for replacing wear-resistant parts, making it representative of a new generation of wear-resistant materials.

On-site mapping

To better serve users, we have professional sales engineers who can inspect all types of parts on-site. Our foundry engineers design the embedded ceramic area according to inspection data and the plate hammer wear area.

Currently, we have 15 sales engineers who regularly visit the user's factory to provide information on product usage, inspect new parts, and recommend suitable wear-resistant materials and anti-wear solutions, according to actual working conditions, in order to comprehensively solve the problem of rapid wear reported by users.
